Usage of Light Industrial Space

Business costs are increasing due to the difficulty in employing foreign workers, many of my clients are looking at reducing some of their overhead costs, first and foremost – RENTAL.

Many businesses are moving to using Light Industrial spaces like those at Mid-view City, Zervex, Vertex, UB-1 etc

Small and Medium Businesses would find out that on many occasions most of the space classified as B1/B2 may not exactly be suitable for their needs, only certain groups of businesses qualify to use the full 100% of the space. For those purely using it as an office for a unapproved trade/industry, they may only use 40% of the Gross Floor Area (GFA).

There is a list of qualified trades/industry that is allowed in B1/B2 spaces, as well as business parks (which are more expensive).
