The Bartley Ridge condo right next to the Bartley MRT Station (CC12) of the Circle Line, still has several good units up for grabs at the last time I had checked yesterday. One of our clients is eyeing one of the 3 bedroom units that have a good unblocked view and it is going for below $1.2million. Given that UOL bought a site next to Bartley Residences [read article here] at a much higher price per plot ratio, so I believe that this will provide the support in future for prices in that area.
The Bartley Ridge Condo showflat has now been demolished, and work has begun to extend through out the site. We have great expectations for units at this development, it is of course from a reputable local developer. Many don’t realize how critical it is to ensure that the project comes from a reputable developer because they will not compromise on standards of fittings, they have a better grasp of Singaporean expectations, after all, over 70% of of Rest of Central Region (RCR) projects are bought by Singaporeans.
